AOI international Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred as our company) provides consultation that mainly focus on outsourcing business of new graduates recruitment. Our company has grown steadily ever since it was established on 2005. 80 percent of our employees are female. We handle four main recruitment related services; recruitment consultation, recruitment outsourcing, event planning and call center. Moreover, We have “certification of privacy information protection” as a company staff and be acquired “Privacy Mark” as a company. We conduct the security management related to the private information protection and confidentiality.
