Message from the President
Hello. My name is Kazushige Kasakura.
My name looks like I work in the adult industry, but this is my business name. I often talk about earth while thinking about the space. It is one of the examples of tricky logic. I always think that this trickiness would lead to a business.
There is something that we promise at our company. It is “to be particular about where we come from, but to be particular about where we are going”.
Upon the Establishment
I discovered the thing after I have been involved in human resource and recruitment for a long period of time. That is as a ‘Man’ rather than let our know-how sleep, we should resolved and practice what we would do in our best regarding our clients’ need in recruitment activities. This is the spirit of ‘Loyalty’.
Because of the analogue->digital change and violent competition in the recruitment of new graduates, the burden are increasing for people who are in charge of human resource department in every company year by year.
According to the complicated situation of the selection, it has become harder for both students and companies. Therefore, based on the circumstance I determinate to establish this company that specialised to solve this kind of problems and satisfy many companies’ need from 2005.
From the 10th Anniversary to the 20th Anniversary
In a comparison to other companies, we proposed outsourcing as a tool of recruitment consultancy and help the recruitment activities of our clients as we were on the same spot with them. Our firmly support successfully assisted many companies to complete their recruitments.
Thanks to many of our clients that we were able to have the chance to have the business relationship with them. Without them we could not have today. What are our clients’ wishes? We would like to support them by applying our company’s best know-how regarding process construction.
Recruitment is the most important mission in every company, thus it is important that we are not float away by the current of the times but to open and clear the way; we would like to share our success experience with our clients as they are our partners.
I think for these reasons, as a company, we need to raise our specialized skills more, and each of our staff have to develop a business relationship with our customers as we are walking with them.
